Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any application or service provided by Grunt Workers, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Description of Services

Grunt Workers, LLC develops and publishes software applications designed to assist with personal organization, business tasks, and hobby management. Our services include mobile applications, web applications, and related online services.

User Accounts

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

Our applications may allow you to store, submit, or create content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

We do not claim ownership over your data. You may export or delete your User Content at any time through the applicable features within our apps.

Payment and Subscriptions

Some of our applications may offer paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan or purchase
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method

Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund eligibility is subject to the policies of the app store or payment platform through which the purchase was made.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided through our applications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grunt Workers, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grunt Workers, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Services

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
